Tec H35 Step shaft

I have an tec H35 step shaft with a 7/8" shaft with a 5/8" step. Step length is 3/4". This is a sears engine probably a edger. What do I need to do to get a clutch on this setup.

Pull the crank out and have it turned to 5/8 and have a 3/16 keyway miled. Or find a crank with 5/8 or 3/4 pto end.
