I have 2 Tecumsah motors without the stock air filter. They're gone. What other way can I install an air filter other than stock. Anyone have any pictures? I was told just to put a window screen over the carb, but don't like that idea.
I have a Tecumseh 6.5hp and got the carb adapter off ebay. It's nice looking and only cost $6 dollars from BMI KARTS. You will need to get a 2.5" i.d air filter like a UNI brand thats what I have. If you need a pic I'll get you one later.
Pictures would be great. Just havin a hard time gettin this thing to idle. Believe the floats are too high and all the fuel is runnin to the front of the carb. It's a Tecumsah with the slanted type carb.
