The government screws New Mexico again!

It's bad enough they started the largest Forrest Fire in NM History by a " Controlled Burn" the National Forrest Service just announced that A L L National Parks will be closed this Thursday until December 31st 2022!.... They have to punish us again for their screw-up. All of the places I ride are in a National Forrest.
I had had some really great rides planned to video since the Covid baloney is now over.....or is it?
All of my trail scooters have spark arrestors.

I once had ties to Raton, N.M. My Mom and my stepdad (see avatar) moved there to retire. My Stepdad was actually born there and some of the adobe walls from the house he was born in were still there. This was back in the late 70's so I'm sure its all changed now.

The gila and Lincoln national Forrest are still open, and the restrictions will probably only be there till the middle of summer when the rains come I doubt they will be closed till December
