Not very rare, but yes it's a Rupp.. 1970 something.. probably Scrambler.. The headlight isn't rite but it's neat.. 350 is probably pretty high on that one.. Kinda high anyways without the tec and fenders and stuff.

The guy called it a Ruppy. When you mate a Rupp minibike with a dog you get a Ruppy instead of a puppy. My wife didn't get it either. Ogy
