I would chrome the pedals and tie rods and steering shaft and long brake rod.
But still it's nice just as it is.
Remember chrome back in the days when these carts were made was not regulated for laws to protect the environment and cost were down. My Father was a Chrome and precious metal plater for years in Los Angeles. He did it all anodizing, gold and platinum for the air craft industry.
