All parts are located in Huntington Station NY.
If joining any of our groups, you Must answer all questions to be accepted.
Will Ship anywhere in the US with the Buyer paying all fees.

Easiest sales method is Facebook Marketplace for us, too much of a pain in the neck to load and post photos on here unfortunately.

You say adding pictures is a pain….But there’s 83 pictures in your media?
What ever happened to “if it’s listed here it’s for sale here”? You list it in the classified section, with no
pictures or details and instead tell folks who may or not have a Facebook account to go look there? That excludes probably half the good folks here.
So anybody here gets to go deal with and go up against the Joe Blow assholes of the earth to compete with them so you and or your friend Get the top dollar? Aren’t we supposed to list prices??? This doesn’t smell fishy at all it smells more like shit to me. Add to that the person may not even be a member on here. How about you ask to at least have this thread moved to the eBay/Craigslist thread And maybe buying consider a supporting membership? Better yet, the mods should remove this ad…

That's a little harsh.
Have you met this member in person?
I have and These are good people. If you met them you would probably agree.
They stepped in and took care of quite a few important things for the Mt George situation after he was killed.
Won't get into those details but suffice it to say they did the unpleasant hard work.

I can understand that and I would agree there are good folks here. But that makes it OK to break the rules and or do something that other mebers would get called out for? I was only putting out there what some were thinking... It seems we are getting further and further away from the rules on here. Top of this thread tells how to operate here;
Don't post links to eBay, Craigslist or other sites. The post here makes it for sale here.

While there is no link posted, the listing instructs others where to go visit.. one in the same to me....

Below his name it says active member.
Pretty sure that means he is OK by Hent and any/all Administrators.
If they didn't like the ad they would have responded and corrected it.

Don't know if you saw any of the pictures of exactly what they pulled out of Mountain George's place but the sheer enormity and volume of that amount of Mini Bikes and parts it would be nearly impossible to document and take pics of everything.
Anyway that's where we are.

Anyway... I was made more aware by another member as to the situation. With that said it makes it much more understandable as to the why and how. I apologize.

I disagree….copy and paste….but I fully understand it’s all about money and not the hobby…no big dollars here…just people dedicated to the preservation of vintage iron….its cool I hope you enjoy your day…

With the parts that we are selling that belonged to our deceased friend, we as L.I. Mini Bike Madness have donated $5,300 to start a scholarship in our friends honor and also Western NY mini bike club donated over $3K.
So who exactly as I disrespecting here?
If the post fails to meet requirements, then please remove it. It could have been that easy instead of putting on the Rag.

Greg, I certainly appreciate that you noted what you have done to help, it's good stuff. But your statement about me not knowing half of the shit you have done for the mini bike community doesnt move me at all. I've done a fair amount myself to help this community just as many others here do. I have donated parts to high school builds, sold parts I had to members here for only what I have in them, never made a profit here. I have given engine parts to folks, gave up the correct tires and wheels to someone who needed them, helped answer questions that I knew the answers to. As @Skipp stated above I also realize it's about the dollar with the parts you tell us are listed on FB. The big difference between me and him is I'll speak up about it. (No ill will meant Skipp) I agree with him this forum is about helping preserve the old iron, and just as importantly to help others to do so. Did you think to maybe at least put up a list of what was available for those who don't do FB? NO. You skirted the rules for listing parts in these classifieds and said go to Facebook which excluded a bunch of folks here and put the others up against the usual trolls on there. Can you honestly say that if you knew you could fetch the same dollars for these parts on here that you would list them here? You have listed before so I know you know how. I know I came off very harsh last week and I apologized for that but I still stand behind my feelings on this whole deal. Are you in it to generate revenue or or be a helpful part of a community?
