All the parts are in! The oldest boy learned a good lesson about rebuilding carbs.

I am eliminating the governor to simplify the linkage (it's a mess). I will dial the throttle back to make sure no damage occurs.

The question is, do I need to do anything with the governor or do I just leave the lever attached and unhooked?

I like how you started the thread with a frame and an engine. That's all you need right? Haha. My project needs brakes badly, but I just have to build the engine first, because I'm safety conscious that way. :freakout:

Also the wheels/tires on this thing are awesome! They remind me of those 80's Honda ATC three-wheelers. Absolutely cool build.
