Someone got a good score on a cool mini... I called a little too late... It was a late model Trojan pretty much all there except fender, rear shocks and chain guard for $50... Man... Hope they dont hack it up.

lol... i dont think they threw in the hitch... i think the later trojans came with the go power wheels... it makes sense... trojans were made in the bay area as well.

No prob... I got an in tact original for reference if you plan on doing a resto... Also the original badges will be done soon.

I bought my frame for $15. I plan to set aside the 5" GoPower wheels that were on it because they have a fair amount of corrosion, but the roller bearings in them look useable.

I don't think I have enough of the original left to make it worth restoring. I plan to make a new swingarm to fit a fatter tire and wheel with a disc brake.

How original is yours? I found a few variations after seeing your pics, but yours seems like the same model as what mine originally was.

Are the front springs stiff enough to be useful? The front springs are really what caught my attention on this one.

The front springs work surprisingly well... They bottom out on the heavy bumps but other than that a pretty cool design. You could always put heavier springs in as well.
