Trying to figure out year of H25 Engine

I have a Bird mini bike with a H25 25080H 2339B Engine on it ..Can anyone tell me the Manufacturing date on this engine Thanks!! Cheech

I'm not sure what decades they made the H25, but the "2339B" is the DOM or the date of manufacture code.

The first number is the last number of the year. It could mean 2002, 1992, 1982, ect.

The next three (339) are the day of the year it was manufactured and the letter (B) is the work shift that built it.
