We have never been to a actual drag strip with are minibikes. The california laws sucks for the most part, but then again a lot of the tracks just thinks it's just to dangerous.
I'm gonna send some emails to local tracks seeing if we can get some track time.
At the Hanford dirt drag race with 1/8 mile gearing I ran 48mph in 300 feet. The next week I ran 71mph in the 1/8 mile on pavement. But that's just with a radar gun, no E.T.

Seeing the different times at the foot marks helps a lot with tuning.
With as many drag strips as you guys have there in SoCal there is no official mini event?

53 in the 1/8th, could easily do 60 if I geared it down a little bit more, I kinda have to roll on the throttle in the 1/8 so that I dont over rev it.
