I used to have one like that ,I got it in about 1970 when my grandfather moved from his home ,it was old then .I think it was a Teco ,sold by Easton’s in Canada ,it had a 2 stroke engine on it,an iron horse .Mine was red if that helps .
Might be a ''real old'' Simplicity or Wards,, from like the later 50's …..
Think Coast to Coast used to label ones like that also,, ''way'' back in the day .....
