upgrade cam for more torque or hold for bigger engine?

Just picked up a Baja warrior which is quite a bit heavier than old AZusa frame. Im tearing apart the (slightly) upgraded GX160 engine to install a new honda crank and ARC rod bearing. While im in there, should i look at any particular cam that would give me more torque in the low end? My RPM range will be in 2000-4000 range, just street riding. Looking for more torque down low and mid as this engine isnt going to pull as hard with this frame like it is. Not looking at a predator yet. Looking at cams less than $50.

GX160 with gov removed
PVL flywheel
ARC rod stock length
18lb springs
stock pistons/valves/head
intake/exhaust upgraded with proper jetting on stock carb
ebay torque converter 30 series
50 rear sprocket with 19" tires

Camshaft, CL1, High Torque, GX200 (GX160), 6.5 Chinese OHV's, & 212 Predators
But there's usually no replacement for displacement when it comes to torque. Could always upgrade to GX200 or Box Stock clone short block assembly, use that GX160 head and swap your valuable ARC billet rod, flywheel and cam over and have a nice high compression, larger displacement 196cc at a later date. I got a Box Stock clone short block with optional flat top piston and BSP3 cam (similar to Dyno's CL2) for about $135 from NR Racing
