Vintage clutch...basura?

Hello ladies and gents. I had some time today to take a more in depth look at my recently acquired Sears/Arco. Upon removing the clutch cover I found an odd looking clutch. I googled and looked for matching photos. The closest I found was listed as a Columbia, but that could have been the make of the bike and not necessarily the clutch itself. So is it worth rebuilding or is it trash? It has a fair amount of play in it so at the very least the bronze bushing would need replacing.

Sadly, I’m not sure where you are referring to when you mentioned “turned up lip”. I’ll take a few pics tomorrow.
In any event, it looks like a performance clutch, which makes little sense to me as the motor appears completely stock including the governor which is still functional.
