Look at Northern Tool and Equipment online. Under "material handling" they have some hand truck tires that look sort of like that.

I feel your pain. OldMiniBikes warehouse is sold out of the affordable options for my mtd trail flite. I don't usually suggest this, but I'm probably going to order from AliExpress. $48 vs $180 for two tires and two tubes.

Trailer Tires.
See how it says 4 ply and inflate to 85psi.

They would work fine on back but on the front with vertical tread at sidewall turning will be worse than Heald VT5 with the lawn tractor tire.
Then again in the OP those tires are same with cliff dive edges so maybe wont matter.
4 Ply is going to be pretty stiff at any pressure.

I did not see the trailer tire part, I saw 4 inch, Carlisle and sawtooth tread.
