Hi all of you simalarly afflicted people, (I mean that in a nice way) how yall doin? I've had a mini bike jones since I was 12, I'm a lot older than that now. Right now I have a 1969 (or there abouts) taco 100, It's almost finished, just needs paint and assembly.

Hey Neck, welcome to the forum! How long have you been working on your Taco Mini Bike? Any pictures of what it started like to what it looks like now?

i forget, it's been that long! I found it in a backyard in Oakview ca. looking for a Maico motorcycle, lady told me to take it with me. Dogs had been weein on it for years, no engine no seat, took a lot of heat to get forks to come apart, and any other bolts for that matter. I think I've had it for about 13 years, I started working on it, probably 7 years ago, but so many other projects, it just kept getting back burnered, im sure you know how that goes. Any way Im close now, I need to use it for a pit bike for race car support a El Mirage dry lake, so im motivated! I was at the Pomona swap meet this weekend and spotted another Taco 100 frame and swing arm only for a hundred bucks I probably should have bought it, if it's there next time I will.
