Here is my Golden Pinto project. I have attempted to install my 212 Predator. As you can see, the fuel filler cap is too big. Is there one available that will work? Thanks for any info.

Just fill your tank before you install the engine !

Yup the stock tank on a Coleman.

I’ll look tomorrow I have a lot of take off tanks in my shed. If I find one with a side filler I’ll take a pic of the bottom mounting to see if it will work for you.

I have the gas tank take off from my Hemi Predator and the gas cap on it is off to the right. It looks like the one you need.
I just went and looked at it and its the same one you have.

here are the tanks I have some are the same as yours. others not and some have angled studs some straight out. I also found a low profile cap if that would help

I was able to use the gas tank off of a B&S 1990's 3.5 HP engine mounted on a piece of flat metal stock on the original engine mounts and it worked just fine.
I've since sold that engine and do not have a photo.
