002.JPG Here is my Golden Pinto project. I have attempted to install my 212 Predator. As you can see, the fuel filler cap is too big. Is there one available that will work? Thanks for any info.

I’ll look tomorrow I have a lot of take off tanks in my shed. If I find one with a side filler I’ll take a pic of the bottom mounting to see if it will work for you.

Thanks ole4-I also have a tank from a 79cc Predator-perhaps I can adapt it.......

here are the tanks I have some are the same as yours. others not and some have angled studs some straight out. I also found a low profile cap if that would help

I was able to use the gas tank off of a B&S 1990's 3.5 HP engine mounted on a piece of flat metal stock on the original engine mounts and it worked just fine.
I've since sold that engine and do not have a photo.
