What is this mini bike with go power wheels & a 2 speed belt driven drivetrain

Curious to find out what this is. The engine clutch is a dual pulley. the kick lever engages one of the two belts. The brake is an interesting set up as it has a belt wrapped around a pulley. any help would be appreciated

Looks factory made or quite well made in someone's shop but whatever it was it's been oddly modified. I can see where it could be a two speed but I'm not seeing how it shifts unless it's not under way and you swap the belt position. A lot of bikes came with Go-powers along the way so they could have been added too. I'm stumped though as far as it matching any bikes I know.

Definitely an interesting setup. I like the 2 speed concept and I especially really like the fastback frame design. Can't wait to find out more about this mini once the experts weigh in.
