Cool bike.
Back half of frame looks like Bird Tarantula or variant.
Do not believe the forks were born on the bike, the triple tree has too much space
and most minibikes either use a useless spring on the forklbolt (ala Cat) or you have dual fork springs as we have here, but not both.
Jackshaft deal was added as the cattywampus holes show.
Front Wheel looks like Manco or are they PowerDyne?
Anyway looks like you could make something fun with it.
