Does anyone know what this is? Looks kinda rough, its for sale on CL.

Either that or a separate shaft in pillow blocks with two sprockets. Engine drives shaft, shaft drives both wheels with two chains.

that shaft is a scrub brake. the old two stroke karts had one engine that runs clockwize and the other runs counter clockwize that way they can run two
