White Walls for Doodle Bug?

I used a can of Ranger Tire paint to paint my Doodle Bug's white walls last year. The front tire still looks great, but it looks like the back tire paint singed off from the break getting too hot. I have seen white wall tires for scooters. Has anyone seen an actual white wall tire that would fit my mini bike, or have a suggestion for the back tire?

I have a set of those on one of my Bonanzas, but those are 8" tires. No bueno for a stock doodlebug wheel. I don't know of any factory 6" whitewalls, but I do know a few guys have had some moderate success with white shoe polish..... There's a thread about it here somewhere.
