I know the frame had rear suspension.and was open in the rear, meaning no loop behind the seat, like ones with a sissy bar. Coilover shocks (one badly bent, but used replacements included), and the rear frame section pivots up close to where the down tubes turn to horizontal. He was firm at $100 and unless I had a buyer for the Honda engine I was not interested.
Edit: After looking at pics I do believe it is a small Sears. One with the 4" wheels. The LH mounted, long curved rear brake pedal for the scrub brake seems to be unique to the Sears/Roper mini bikes. What I thought was a place for a rear brake caliper was probably meant for the rear fender brace(s). There are no fenders included and the seat is a ridiculous looking homemade thing.
I have a buddy that rebuilds & sells mowers & tillers. I'll see if he is interested in the Honda engine for a tiller. I have a few Tecumsehs and can probably get one running for the frame.
