Are you going to turn down the crank to 3/4" or leave it tapered?

Might change it out or adapter sleeve. Someone is trying to sell the crank by itself on eBay for 120.00. Another for 29.00. Just like the looks of all the shrouds. Looks old.
For that price ,I'll figure out something.
