I've looked and looked for these and outside of a couple of dead possible repro threads, I've found no leads.
So.
I'm having 5 sets made (two sets for myself).
I will sell the remaining 3 sets for $100 shipped per set.

Good luck. Ron and i found a place a few years back but you had a minimum order with them. Like 2000 springs minimum.

The eye let orientation wasn't the same on all springs

No. Some were on same side of upper and lower and some were 90 degree off set
