I tried a bell bike speedo from wallmart didnt work for a motercycle with accelleration the readout was erratic so I returned it maby a mini bike accells slower it may work dont be suprised if it doesent.

I drilled my DB 2.8 stock exaust out from both ends, it has baffel plates ,it made it a lot louder for me this is good ,then i used a jet reamer for cleaning tourch tips to take a little out of the main jet makes a diff.

come ride in the hills any time we are ready to ride agin there are 2 of us with 4 minies 3 warroirs and a db 30.trail ridin at its best.

People say what they want about 2.8s but my db does 32(gps) mph and is pretty much stock.

Bore out your main jet with a tourch tip cleaner just a little, run the file through a few times then try it out then repeat you don't wanna take too much carbs are lean from the factory, I just got new style db 30 drilled main jet and exaust 33 mph with 210 lb rider stock gearing.
