The wheels on my Rupp Enduros (12") are in pretty rough shape. The chrome is almost completely gone. For a low-budget fix I'm thinking about removing all the spokes, glass bead the rims, and paint them black. The problem is I'm afraid that pulling all the spokes and re-installing them again...

I'm going to be rebuilding a couple of Rupp Enduros over the winter, and thinking about re-powering them both with Predator engines. I want to keep the TAV type drive on them. Has anyone else done this conversion, and if so did you run into any problems doing it? Thanks.

Can someone tell me what the torque converter center-to-center measurement should be on a '72 Rupp Enduro? This bike has had an engine swap from an HS Series to an H series and I want to make sure that the new engine was mounted the proper distance from the driven clutch. Thanks.
