butchered

this poor bike...we rescued this from the junkyard where it was lodged under a truck.. then we got it home,got the motor fixed up it runs and took the bike apart and semi fixed the peg and bars. it looks like several diff bikes,the front wheel doesnt fit the forks right. so..what is this?

Im clueless. I was thinking rupp, but it doesnt have mounts for a tank and the small engine dist. Tag on the back threw me for a loop. It has the eccentric chain adjusters like a rupp. Previous owner butchered the frame pretty bad to fit a clone. Also, are the 10" yuan-ta wheels original?

mini bike I think it was once a fox, the gas tank is nice. Plus that guy must have some big feet judging from the size of those foot pegs. Maybe he rides it wearing clown shoes
