I bought this today at a swap meet and the guy said he built the frame but that the forks were from a mini bike :shrug: any body know what they are from?

I found this muffler and was just wondering what it belonged to.. I know possibly a Tecumseh powered something, but have no clue as to what.? My wife almost threw it out while cleaning the garage, but trusted her better judgment .. It is an actual tip on it and is in darn good shape, not a ding...

Wondering if this is anything special? Came on a bike I got and won't be using it. It's a 4 inch rim with weather cracked Carlisle tire. Looks like someone may have added a grease fitting along the way. Probably a common part, but want to be sure.
