gx/clone

Can someone tell me why the carb and tank off this goes for so much$ on eBay? I have a self proclaimed expertise in honda gx/clone but know nothing about Briggs. This is a cheap eBay find with a good pressure washer pump and I think may be a good flip.

i no longer need these and they've just been sitting on the shelf. they've been installed but the engine was never run with them on it. i think there's one fin that's a bit bent on the filter but other than that it's fine. i can't remember who i got these from (either AGK or NR). they will...
