Got this on eBay cheap from a Honda dealer clearing stock. He called this head a 160 replacement head. as you can see the piston fits in the head. Weird! It looks like if you mill off the pop up area for piston you will end up with a cross between the 14cc and 22cc heads?

I have a gx390 with a smaller head. i forget the size but it fits and has a smaller combustion chamber and smaller valves. i cant get it to idle right. does anyone have any suggestions?
