I have a 3hp briggs IC engine with a bearing on the crankshaft. How do I set the cam timing without taking that bearing off ? there is a punch mark on the crank counter weight . The bearing is pressed on the crank and I don't want to risk breaking it trying to get it off. Also what does that...

Haven't ever seen one of these does anyone here own one?? The asking price is high. I'm just kind of wondering if its worth going for it.
I pulled the side cover off of my 5hp briggs as I need to lengthen the snout on my crankshaft... and I noticed that the dot on the crank does not line up with the dot on the cam.
The crank is the type with a roller bearing on the side cover side, so there is a "o" stamped in it on the throw...
Well I won't touch the bike for probably a long time so I'll offer it up for sale or trade for needed parts or something.
Its a Herters tag says "hudson bay bike" catalog pic off minidoodle calls it a MarkII
It's complete supposed to have a tec 5 in it but there is now a briggs 5 it...
