Just picked up this Rupp. Not quite sure what model or year it is. It has the 2 speed stuff on it.

My Roadster was missing the original flywheel cover so I don't have an engine number to order parts from. I'm trying to buy a new diaphram carb but I can't find a part number anywhere. If if anyone has an original 1970 Rupp Roadster with the HS40 motor, could you post the number on the side so...

I was woundering what the diffence between a rupp motor and and a rupp 2 motor? And was looking to maybe buy a rupp 2 motor and was woundering if that would fut on a roadster? The motor that is on it is a HS40-55282B:hammer:

Where is the best vendor to get new Front & Rear brake pads for a 70 Rupp Roadster. I have ordered electric & carb tuneup kits from Ruppnitro but didn't see brakes. I also need chain guard, center stand and other things. Brakes are top on the list right now for me though. Gary
