I had posted about swapping cranks after cracking open a Tec H60 and finding the rod in tiny pieces and the main journal looking nasty. I automatically assumed the crank was toast...not necessarily.

Here's a rescue I found in a scrap heap headed to the recycler. From the Label its a Alexander-Reynolds Model 3011. Not sure of the year. I had one similar as a kid and thought I would get this one restored for my daughters. I'll post pics as I go along. First step will be stripping it down...
