I am in need of a coil and plug wire for my '73 HD Shortster (90cc). Where can I get parts. I contacted my HD dealer and they just brushed me off saying 'nothing is available" Thanks for your help

1972 HARLEY DAVIDSON X65 SHORTSTER MINI-BIKE A little overpriced---if you ask me anyway.

I have a line on 2 Harley 65cc minibikes. One is pretty complete but the fork tubes are bent. The other is a donor bike. Forks might be OK on this one. My question is how hard is it to find parts for these? I should be able to get them both for about 200 bucks, but I don't want to buy them...

Does anyone know anything about the Shortster mini bikes made by Carter? I bought one back in the late 90's and after a year of searching I can't find any info on them. I've only seen 2 others, one was pretty rough and the other looked close to new. It's a pretty nice bike still runs great...

I hope that none of you are bidding on this bike because of the impressive write up. The bike is not original and has X-90 parts on it instead of the correct Shortster parts. I contacted the seller about the incorrect parts and his reply was that the bike is 100% correct. Buyer Beware :hammer...
