    Tecumseh HH60 spitting oil

Hello, I have a Tecumseh HH60 which came off a Troy Bilt tiller. Its on a log splitter now. Recently it started spitting oil from of the carburetor when it gets hot and it also puffs blue smoke once in a while. I replaced the rings but this hasn't resolved the problem. Any ideas? Thanks, JV
