Has anyone stretched the frame on a new style db30? The new frame has a bend under the seat. Trying to figure out where to cut it to extend it. Also, anyone know the size of tube they use for the frame? Thanks, Jeff

I thought I would share my bikes current state. I have been focused on modding it rather than making it look pretty. Once I am done I will give some new paint. BTW this was a $125 craigslist find. My list of mods include... Predator Hemi 212cc w/under the seat header and RLV Muffler Frame...

Scored this older DB,which makes #4 for me, for only $10 and a 1.5 hour drive each way. I have most everything needed to make this bike running. I haven't decided if I want to fabricate a suspension for this one, make a chopper, stretch it, or flip it. When I do decide I will start a build thread.

I am going to do a frame stretch and wondered for those who have cut into one, what is the tubing size? I assume 7/8' bud don't know id of tubing (have not cut it yet). I was gonna use solid rod inside as a slolig slug and pipe the same tubing to fill the gap. Anyone know the od and id?

I am selling my stretched cat roller for 100 cash local pick up only I am located in Corona , CA frame only with new front and back tires, new motorcycle twist throttle, new seat and rear bank brake which needs some adjustment. Motor tav and lights are not included

So just how much will a #35 chain stretch (came with a kit)? It seems everyday I have to move the engine/take out a link. Is there no end? I suppose I will have to bite the bullet for the good stuff. How much do the high $ chains stretch? Replies appreciated. B
