I'm looking for a Manco Thunderbird chain guard. I believe it is model 593.

I am thinking I would like to make the forks on a Manco T-Bird longer by say 3-4 inches. Is that do-able? And if so ,would I also have to change the angle of the fork neck?

I am considering turning my Manco T-Bird into a rat bike. There are so many creative minds on here I thought I would throw it out there and then use the suggestions to make a project log. Right now it has a 3.5 tec on it. Everything else is all original. If you were gonna rat one what would you do?

Looking for decals/stickers for my early 70's Nighthawk aka T-bird. I have all the original plastics though the decals were probably taken off at some point. Me and my son are re-doing a Manco t-bird and It had an old Tecumsh 3.5 and 420 chain on it but now we're putting a 6.5 clone on it and I need to order a new clutch/chain for it. Will a 41 chain work with a 3/4 shaft clutch...is the rear sprocket compatable to that ? Thanks in advance.

My son got his DB30 for his 12th B-day about 3 weeks ago and now has bought a Manco T-bird w/an old 3HP Briggs Sears engine on it. I'd like to keep the old school engine on it as it needs help and will make a great learning experiance for him to bring this thing up right. Q1..the governer...
