Haven't had an engine without a kill switch harness until now. Trying to avoid yet another task of removing the flywheel so looking to verify that this is correct connection point for the grounding switch.

I bought a batch of HS40 angled intakes the other day and found this larger bore carb bolted onto one of them. It matched the paint on the intake and its gummed up and gooey in the bowl so it appears they did run it......of course all I got was the intake and carb so it might not have been good...

Can anyone out there reccomend a (REAL GOOD) Tec engine rebuilder for internal work and proper paint and stickers.

Hi Gang, I have removed the Aluminum Ser# Plate from my shroud on the 4HP TEC Used a little paint stripper an now its free from any paint. So, the question is, should I re-paint it when I paint the shroud? OR, should I Polish it and keep it bare? :glare::confused:

do you guys have a good source for rebuild parts? rings gaskets etc for HS50
