10 inch wheel setup for db30

I have a nice set of 10" rims and street dot tires with bearings that fit db30 axles. Internal brake which come with. New bearings. Tire are in good shape no cracks. Sprocket is #35. Front wheel needs a tube but back is ready to go.

How much for just the front? Does the front have the internal brake?
And what size axle does it fit?

I'm selling as a set. Yes the front has a brake. And it fits the same size axle as a db30 so I'm guessing it's 1/2"
