1970 Broncco TX1 Mini Bike??

Hey there, Wanted to find out exactly what I'm looking at,manifacture date 9 1970 mfd by Fantic motor-Barzago-Como-Italy. Missing starter housing and other tins. Bore is 2.5" and the stroke is 1.85"(thinking 3.5 hp ?) (Going to need a few parts) Any help would be appreciated .Thanks the new guy!
