1971 Lil Indian Spitfire

I acquired this bike earlier this spring and pushed it to the side of the garage where it has sat ever since. From researching on here, the best I can figure is it is a 1971 Spitfire frame with a different set of forks/bars. But I am completely new to this scene, so I really have no clue.

I am not sure what the plan is for it yet... but I would like to get it running first off. The thing will run, but the throttle is completely screwed. The one time I road it the throttle stuck wide open and it damn near killed me.

I plan on tinkering with it soon, so Im sure the questions will start flying.

Are these bikes known for the frame cracking near the handlebar area? There is a small amount of paint cracking in this area, and it almost appears that maybe the frame was welded on and bondo'd. Plus, the visible welds do not look all that professional.

Also, where is a good site to order parts? The first thing I know I need is a throttle cable.
