1972 MOTO-SKEETER 650 info wanted

Looking for information, wiring diagram or parts catalog or where to get ignition parts for the "1972 only year" BSE engine model # ECO9M-A.
I have a no spark condition and have clean points and a good condenser. Flywheel magnets are very strong. Might be the coil or magneto ?
Has great compression. Bike is in very clean condition. Hardly any wear on tires and chrome is perfect.
This is a pull start engine with a torque converter. Heard that this engine was made by Fugi, who was bought out by Robin Industries ?
Any help would be appreciated.

I think they were made by Fuji Heavy Industries. They have been branded as Jacobsen, Subaru, Robin and others.
I think you can find some parts for 98cc Subaru-Robin engines.

The 1972 only year" BSE engine model # ECO9M-A is a 96cc 6-1/2 hp engine is very different than the 98cc engine. It has an aluminum shroud and a steel flywheel with no cooling fins. The research continues. Thanks for the info.
