unless, you already know, you guys rock. thanks. but i can't ride for at least 2 months :(
what happened? get grounded off the bike? LOL just jk'n

make sure when you order a sprocket that it's for a Tav and not just a jackshaft gear, the Tav's have a double shoulder, one on either side of the teeth.... You may be able to use a regular gear but you'd have to get some small O.D 5/8" washers to shim the one side so the chain didnt rub the backing plate or the driven clutch depending on what side you had the shoulder next too...

Ok, so It needs to have a shoulder to offset it from the backing plate? Or a shoulder/ collar on both sides of the gear?
shoulder on both sides... a gear with one shoulder may be able to be shimmed on the side without a shoulder if you can find small enough washers, maybe machine washers but thats if you find a standard gear before ordering the right one for the tav... also as recommended by Comet Do Not go higher on the gear teeth like a 14 or 15 thinking you'll get more top end as it will put too much low end load on the clutches and belt and can cause premature wear or slippage...
