4" disk for jackshaft mounted brake

any one have a 4" approx disk for a 5/8" or 3/4" jackshaft mounted mechanical disk brake or where to get or make one? thanks

Greg; Maybe you could use a go kart live axle sprocket. Just have to cut to the diameter you need? Google-up "Images of go kart live axle sprockets".
