5.5 HP Honda Clone Throttle Not Working

hello, i was working on my honda clone today it's a 5.5 hp. and the black spring came off? does any one know were to attach it back to. and when i start it it runs fine. but when i use the throttle lever it doesn't work. Then i went to adjust the choke and the choke lever made the engine rev higher.

the engine still has the governer in it still.

have anyone had this problem before? and how do i fix it?

If it's the spring I'm thinking of,it connects between the throttle lever and the governor arm and is the main link in the throttle connection.

if the spring came off look where there is a place where a spring is needed to work the trottle and stick it in there
