for the first time i've seen, my local HF has the 6.5 in stock (at least a display one). i'm thinking about going by after work and picking one up.

for the first time i've seen, my local HF has the 6.5 in stock (at least a display one). i'm thinking about going by after work and picking one up.

i got one after work today. it wouldn't run and it turned out to be either the coil or low oil sensor. i swapped my Mikuni on since i know it's good (didn't feel like messing with the stock carb) and it would still just run for maybe 2 seconds and die. it would just cut out like you hit the kill switch so i tried the coil and disconnected the low oil sensor and it ran great. i can't wait to swap the rest of the mods over from my 5.5 onto it.

Just bought 2 more of these motors today. One for my other DB and one for another buddy with a DB. Keeping the one for my mini stock so the wife can ride it. She's scared of the speed on the mod'd DB. $103.99 and $113.32 with tax.
