I got everything removed and started fabricating a mounting plate to raise up the Intek motor a bit and reinforce the exsisting mounting plate. The valve cover is close to the rear fender if not raised up. I got a new 60 tooth sprocket and when I removed the old one I found that the center hub hole is 1.5 inches. The new one is 1-3/8 inches. So over to the machine shop so the 60 tooth gets done right. Oh and by the way I counted the teeth on the old sprocket and I got an even 70. Not 72. Also got a comet 13 tooth clutch. Its supposed to be (clatter free), will see. If I didn't have such a heavy regular work schedule I would be done in a day or too, but I gotta work.
