I went and looked at these and they are definetly not baha's. But I can't tell if they are vintage either. I forgot to check the engine codes for the dates, they both have the identical engines. they have square tubing for the frames, jackshafts with pillow bearings and they are quite big. I offered $50 for both and he took it. I couldn't pick them up yet but will have them on Monday. I'll post better pics then.
I thought the same thing, but they are identical. The chain guards are aluminum and every thing looks factory made. The shocks in the back are very strange, they have grease fittings on them and are also aluminum.
The rake is a little weird but I just couldn't pass them up for $50. I may only gets some parts out of them.
I am thinking the front ends he had were too long so when he built them he raked it alot to make up for the length. the only square mini bike I have ever seen is a hound dog.
