Anyone Know What Brand This Is?

First time here. Lots of great information so far. Does anyone have any ideas what kind of bike this is? It does have a center kick stand and a foot break.

Yes Bird and yes Foremost Golden Pinto , but the forks look like a Duck as they appear a little longer . Scrape a little paint off of handlebars and see if they're chrome under the paint if so it might Quack ??

Yes there is a plate at the neck.
