Best band brakes?

Im restoring my first mini bike.Im looking for the whole kit for band brakes.(I need everything the cable,band,mount). I found one on ebay a Allied band brake kit for $59.99.

Where do you guys get your band brakes from? Do you suggest getting that one

do you need a mount for the brake band?

I do have a clutch cover mount
