Bird duck Sears drover question

What is the max engine size and brand that fits this frame? Just hoping something bigger that a 3.5 will fit. Thank you!

an HS50 will definitely fit, but I bet a clone would too, especially if it had a remote tank.

That's what I was fearing. I put my Honda go 160 up to it and there was a lot in the way. I think I am stuck with a Tecumseh. Not that I don't like them I was just trying to get it done. The Tecumseh look better anyway.

Yours is more of a squared off area in there where like Rocco's swoops downwards in the back. I'm not saying it couldn't be done but not stock for sure. Aftermarket air filter adapter and filter would definitely help.
You still got that bike laying around Tim?
